Cancellation policy

Sometimes things come up – that's why we offer fair cancellation terms:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
• Up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
• In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price

In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire stay will be charged.

Our tip:

To ensure you are covered in the event of cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Terms of payment

• To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total price within 3 days of booking confirmation.
• The remaining amount must be transferred at least 7 days before arrival or can be paid on arrival.

Local tax

• 5.00 euros per person per day

The local tax is collected by the tourism association independently of the accommodation price and is used to maintain infrastructure such as hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, ski buses, signage, etc.
